Calculating RH using O2, PSFC & T2

vap = q2*psfc*0.01/(0.622+(0.378*q2))'
svap = 6.112*exp((17.67*(t2-273.15))/((t2-273.15)+243.5))'
rh = 100*(vap/svap)'
