[Wrf-users] RAINC, RAINNC, or RAINC+RAINNC?

Dear all,

In order to identify the best combination of cumulus+microphysics
parameterizations that provides the precipitation associated with a MCS,
I run several WRF simulations testing different schemes combinations. I
have the observed rainfall data and I intend to compare them with the
model rainfall outputs. As I am working with high space resolution (2
km), in some simulations I also turned off the convection scheme. My
question is what precipitation variable from WRF should I use to make
this analysis: RAINC, RAINNC, or RAINC+RAINNC?

Any help will be great.
