[Wrf-users] WRF-DA 3.2.1 Compilation: NetCDF Issue

Greetings all,

I recently downloaded the latest release of WRFDA (3.2.1). I am having some
compilation issues, and as a result only a handful of the /build *exe files
are created:

Sep  7 11:57 da_advance_time.exe*
Sep  7 11:58 da_bias_airmass.exe*
Sep  7 11:58 da_bias_scan.exe*
Sep  7 11:58 da_bias_sele.exe*
Sep  7 11:58 da_bias_verif.exe*

Sep  7 11:58 da_tune_obs_hollingsworth1.exe*
Sep  7 11:58 da_tune_obs_hollingsworth2.exe*

Although the output log states that this is a NetCDF issue, i'm a bit
skeptical since i'm using 2 different versions of NetCDF 3.6.3 (in different
locations), that I successfully used in the compilation for WRF 3.2.

*****Update: I've also tried compiling with Netcdf-4 ... the 31 *executables
are still not produced.

I'll paste a bit of the output log below, which suggests the issue may be
related to a problem opening netcdf.inc file (not sure why, however):

The netcdf.inc file is in its proper place, however, and as mentioned
previously, WRFV3.2 compiled (and is running) successfully.

[I'm using pgf90 and gcc]

Has anyone experienced similar issues? If so, I'd love some
feedback/suggestions.
