[Wrf-users] Land Use and Land Cover Change sensitivity experiment

What I did for an experiment was write a fortran program that forced changes
in the LU_INDEX category located in the wrfinput files (based on the i,j of
the points I wanted to modify). This has to be done after real.exe is run.
Modifications to the geo_em files can be done, but are lost during the
metgrid.exe and real.exe steps.

Otherwise you can change some land use effects such as albedo or roughness
lengths in the LANDUSE TBL in the WRFV3 run directory, but those changes are
applicable to all the points of the land use category.
