[Wrf-users] Problem running da_wrf.exe

Hi,
I am trying to assimilate a moisture profile data which has only
relative humidity and geometric height of the observations. With the
help of your valuable inputs I was able to run the obsproc and greate
the obs_gts** file. Now I am trying to run the da_wrfvar.exe but it does
not assimilate a single observation. I saw the gts_omb* files and they
seem all missing values only. I am copying a part of the files for you.
I will really appreciate your help. I am running the new version of the
WRFVAR 3.1.1. with 550x550 grid points and 6 km resolution.
