[Wrf-users] wind observation height

Dear Users,
Agrometeorologcal applications require wind observation to be recorded at 2m
height. Whether 2m height wind observation can be assimilated for forecast.
This is because WMO guide No. 8 suggests that the wind has to be observed at
10m height.

Request suggestions.
