[Wrf-users] 3dvar

Howdy folks,

I have been trying to run 3dvar but have been having some problems  
trying to figure out what files are needed and how to create the ones I  
do not already have (ie backround error statistics file).  If anyone  
who is familiar with 3dvar might be able to help me get things going  
with this that would be greatly appreciated.  I also posted this in the  
WRF forums so I apologize if anyone received this twice.  Thanks in  
advance.
