Dear Mr/Ms,

I'd like to inform the OPPLIST members that, thanks to a shift in the 
deadlines, three are three more PhD fellowships available in 
Environmental Fluid Mechanics at the University of Trieste (Italy) for 
the PhD Programme carried out in collaboration with the International 
Center of Theoretical Physics.

The final deadline has been fixed for next 22 January 2007. More
