The NOAA Climate Diagnostics Center is looking for a Physical Scientist 
(ZP-1301-04, salary range $73385-$112737) to lead a team of support 
scientists responsible for long term planning and day-to-day operations of 
scientific computing and data management facilities at the Climate 
Diagnostics Center (CDC). The primary responsibility of this position is 
to work with CDC research scientist's to ensure that computing resources 
meet current and future needs of the CDC. Also serves as the Chief 
Information Officer (CIO) and Senior Information Technology Manager and is 
responsible for all aspects of scientific computing, data management and 
web development. Is responsible for budgetary planning and procurement of 
IT systems and implementation of the NOAA-wide IT policies. The position 
is located in Boulder, Colorado.
