[Nsa] Mentor Recruitment for Pre-College Internship Program

Dear colleagues,

This email serves to make you aware of the Spark Pre-College Internship
Program (see information flyer at
http://www.asp.ucar.edu/pdf/mentor_recruitment.docx) that aims to provide
high school students with the opportunity to learn more about careers in
science and engineering through a hands-on summer internship at NCAR.  Now
in its third year, the program is supported by the NCAR Diversity Fund,
NOAA and Spark UCAR Science Education (formerly UCAR’s Education and
Outreach).

In addition, this email alerts you to the fact that the program still
needs some folks willing to serve as research mentors for this year's
summer high school internship program.  Please contact Scott Landolt
(landolt at ucar.edu) or Rebecca Haacker-Santos (rhaacker at ucar.edu) if you
would like to serve as a mentor this summer or have questions about this
program.
