[ncl-talk] wind and emission flux on the same plot

Hi Setareh,
One other item to change, as you want a color fill field underneath the
vector field, you will need to add the following resource:
  res at gsnScalarContour = True
(The default is to color the vectors by the scalar field.)

I have attached the modified script and the resulting plot.
