[ncl-talk] cnConstFLabelFormat

Hi Rick:
Thank you for your suggestion. While looking at the documentation for
cnLineLabelFormat, I read about and used cnLineLabelStrings in conjunction
with cnExplicitLineLabelsOn. I was able to write the label as "6".
