[ncl-talk] panel_14.ncl

Hello:
Can someone tell where I can find the nc file "h_avg_Y0191_D000.00.nc". I
did not see it listed online. In panel_14.ncl, I am really interested in
figuring out how the values of:

  xy_res at vpWidthF      = 0.359488   ; plot size (width)
  xy_res at vpHeightF     = 0.359488   ; plot size (length)
