[ncl-talk] Possible to convert grib2 or netcdf files to grib1?

Hi Karl,

Could you please provide an example or other guidance on specifically how
to use cdo or wgrib2 to do this? I have both of those utilities (though I
haven't used them much), but am not aware of how to use them to convert
grib2 to grib1 -- the reverse seems much easier and more common.
