[ncl-talk] "GSHHS_h_caspSea.shp"

Hello

I am trying to replicate the example given in NCL for shapefiles and trying to use
  caspian_shape_name = "GSHHS_h_caspSea.shp"     ; contains single outline of Caspian Sea

But i cannot find this data anywhere, could someone please indicate where i could get this from?
