[ncl-talk] ncl/6.4.0 segmentation fault error

The NCL 6.4.0 build from MacPorts gets seg faults under some conditions.

If you are on a Mac system, and your NCL is from MacPorts, then upgrade to
6.5.0.  Or else, try 6.4.0 from NCL website or Conda.
