[ncl-talk] cannot open wks

Dear all

I'm getting this error below▼
fatal:systemfunc: cannot create child process:[errno=12]
fatal:["Execute.c":8640]:Execute: Error occurred at or near line 3482 in
file /opt/ncarg/V640/gnu/lib/ncarg/nclscripts/csm/gsn_code.ncl

and the line where it comes out is ▼
wks = gsn_open_wks("png",wks_name)

what's happening here?
