[ncl-talk] Documentation fix for dim_cumsum

NCL team,

Here is a suggestion to improve the documentation for the dim_cumsum family
of four functions.  Option 0 is currently described:

opt = 0 ; when _FillValue is encountered no additional summing will be
performed.

I suggest changing to this:

opt = 0 ; when _FillValue is encountered, set current element and all
remaining to _FillValue.
