[ncl-talk] high-res coastlines not in 6.4.0?

With the new default version of NCL on yellowstone (6.4.0), I now get
errors about the high resolution coastline not being available.

fatal:MapRGDHDrawMapList: MDRGSF/MDRGOF - ERROR OPENING RANGS/GSHHS CAT FILE

Going back to 6.3.0 solves the problem.
