[ncl-talk] Wondering why the reference position is not a valid resource.

Hi:

I'd like to move the reference vector up into the plot.

However, I get this error.

warning:cnRefAnnoOrthogonalPosF is not a valid resource.

Is there a way to make it a valid resource?
