[ncl-talk] Scatter plot (with regression line) of monthly rainfall and SST

Dear NCL community,
Greetings! 

  I had gone through NCL-TALK archives prior to sending this e-mail.

	I want to create scatter plot with regression line for GPCP monthly 
rainfall and AMIP monthly SST data for the period 1979-2008.

  I had used NCL plot types example script  “scater4.ncl” and modified 
  the same for my need.   Scatter plot is created but regression line is 
 absent in the “eps” figure.  I also wish to confirm whether the 
  created scatter plot is correct?

    Attached with this mail is the NCL script used and 
“eps” figure created using the script.

I am using NCL version 6.1.2 on linux machine.
Please help in this regard. 
Any suggestion would be of great help.
