[ncl-talk] query regarding EEMD and CEEMDAN

Hello users,

I was wondering to use EEMD/CEEMDAN function but it is mentioned that these
functions suffers mode mixing problem due to stopping criteria. So I want
to know is it good to use NCL function or go for R/Matlab/python ?
