[ncl-talk] website typo -- "White in the middle" to "named colors"

The named colors link at the top takes you to nowhere. "ColorTables/" should
be removed from the url.

Same issue with the "about colour tables" link,  oh and the "how to create
your own color table" link, so that whole nav bar except the full gallery
link.
