[ncl-talk] Error using plotgrids.exe

I don't understand how the namelist establishes the georeferencing. I
understand the map-projection parameters. But I can't derive what the
domains bounds *should* be: The following elements seem to be key, but I
don't know their meaning; do they seem right to you? The wrf_wps_plot()
function is described as experimental on the web site, although its been
around for some time by now.

 parent_id         = 1,1,
 parent_grid_ratio = 1,3,
 i_parent_start    = 1,75,
 j_parent_start    = 1,60,
 e_we          = 150,163,
 e_sn          = 170,262,
 ...
 dx = 2000,
 dy = 2000,
 ...
 ref_x = 50.0,
 ref_y = 50.0,
