[ncl-talk] Help (Function SPEI and an error message

Hi,
I'm Tya.
I'm trying to calculate SPEI with NCL version 6.4.0 using data downloaded
from Climatic Research Unit (CRU) Time Series.
I got an Error Message that said function (spei) is undefined.
Please see the attached.
