Subject: regrid and plot

Hello NCL people,

I have on output from a model and I want to read it, to elaborate it, 
then to re-grid it on a lower resolution grid, then re-plot it. 

I succeeded in doing it but 
the plot is not doing the right axes and titles.
Maybe it is some trivial error about Levels.
I attach the script and output both on the screen and .ps
