[ncl-talk] the envelope function in bw_bandpass_filter

Hi there,

Just found that we can get the top envelope function from bw_bandpass_filter, however how was it calculated? Can we get the bottom envelope function as well??

So that we can create this kind of plot:

At the end, of course, we then can do the EEMD by using NCL, which is my main purpose.
