[ncl-talk] calculate_daily_values function is undefined

No problem! Here's the link to contributed.ncl from 6.4.0 that Dennis has
shared previously (last week). I would suggest loading it separately
(without loading your current contributed.ncl) to make sure you are using
the 6.4.0 version of the file.
