[ncl-talk] Draw outline for specific country

Hi

I would like to draw Taiwan's county-based outline. but the default of
mpOutlineBoundarySets resource only contains Taiwan's country-base outline.
I try to use mpOutlineBoundarySets or mpOutlineSpecifiers but it doesn't
work. Can anyone teach me how to add county-based outline for Taiwan.
