[ncl-talk] Vertical X section Plots.

You got a constant field because for the 2D segment you specified all
values are 0.0.  As ncl-talk always advices ... look at your data.

ncl-talk likes to help BUT ncl-talk should not be doing this for you. It is
your responsibility.
