[ncl-talk] removing plot borders

Hi Karin,

Thanks for helping me solve this problem. I'm curious, when I looked up
this pmTickMarkDisplayMode, it gave no indication about a box around the
plot. How did you figure this one out? I'm trying to better understand NCL.
