[ncl-talk] About cnLowLabelBackgroundColor and color mistake when overlay.

Hi ncl-talk

I plot a graph as follow:

I have two questions.
One: is it possible to make "cnLowLabelBackgroundColor" half transparent so
that I can see the terrain after linelaber.
Two: As you see, when label overlay on terrain, the color looks bad. is
there any method to solve this?
