[ncl-talk] Two different results from NCL and Matlab based on same data

Hi Chao,
You are setting res at gsnMaximize = True. This tells NCL to maximize the size
of the plot within the given frame, even if that means rotating it. Try
setting res at gsnPaperOrientation = "portrait"
