[ncl-talk] terain over station data

Hi Mary. 
Pls let me know why the 
tiMainString, 
gsnRightString, 
 res at tmXBLabelFontColor      = "Red"
res at lbOrientation                   = "vertical" ; It is in the middle of the plot. 

are not getting adjusted???. I am attaching the script and Figure.
