[ncl-talk] MJO Clivar group codes

Hi,

I have been using the ncl codes provided for analyzing MJO (
https://www.ncl.ucar.edu/Applications/mjoclivar.shtml).

All the codes work, my only question is relevant to the last two codes -
mjoclivar_15.ncl and mjoclivar_16.ncl. I keep getting westward propagation
of the composites, even with observed data... Is there something I need to
keep in mind about these codes? Any insight would be very helpful.
