[ncl-talk] ESMF_regrid

Hi,

I'm using the ESMF_regrid function (bilinear interpolation) to interpolate
my data to a 2 degree x 5 degree lat lon grid. The original source data has
a 1x1 degree resolution. The method works fine, but I would like some
additional information for the error/variance at each grid point in the
output plot. Is there any way to retrieve the standard deviation at each
grid point based on the original data points used for interpolation?
