[ncl-talk] plot

Dear NCL users,

PFA plot and script.

I need to know that how to adjust
- In my plot to have Blue and Black outline of the 2 region instead of
filled with black colour.
- My contour are not representation numbers in the plot
- I need the scale vertical at right side starting from 0 number at the
begining of scale (I dont need <0 and >30 on scale).
