[ncl-talk] where is the escorc code?

The documentation for escorc can be found at:

I've attached the Fortran file that is the basis for this function. This
file can also be found in the NCL source code tree under
$NCARG/ni/src/lib/nfpfort, which is where many of our other Fortran
functions reside.
