[ncl-talk] Quick Reference Card for NCL

We now have a quick reference card for NCL, available in three formats:

     http://www.ncl.ucar.edu/Document/Reference_Cards/

This is meant to be printed on a single page, double-sided, and folded in
thirds.

Many thanks to Karin Meier-Fleischer of DKRZ, who created this card and
worked with the NCL team to produce a version for all NCL users.

We hope to have other reference cards (graphical resources and
functions/procedures) in the future.
