[ncl-talk] problems with overlay plot

Dear all,
      I am reading data from two files. One  file (file1) with variables in
regular height levels (Km) whereas other file (file2) contains data
variable in pressure level (hpa). I want to overlay two plots from these
two different files.
I have tried to generate a new variable from File1 with pressure level
height,but it seems only the levels are changing from height to pressure
not the data values accordingly. Is there any way to do it in ncl?
