Hi,

I'm trying to fix an issue with "wallClockElapseTime", but need help from
international users on how the UNIX "date" command works on their system.

If your computer does *not* produce the following type of output when you
type "date" on the UNIX command line:

Mon Aug 25 12:31:05 MDT 2014

then can you email me the output from both of these commands:

date
date +"%a %b %d %H:%M:%S %Z %Y"

Please don't include ncl-talk at ucar.edu on the return email. You can just
send the results to me.

Many thanks!
