[ncl-install] Conda installation MacOSX Sierra: ncl_filedump and ncl_convert2nc is missing

Hi :-),

I've just noticed that the conda installation of NCL version 6.5.0 on 
MacOSX Sierra doesn't contain ncl_filedump and ncl_convert2nc in 
$NCARG_ROOT/bin or anywhere else. Any idea?
