[ncl-install] Trouble with NCL 6.4.0 (symbol not found _ZdaPvm)

Mary,

I tried everything you did here and now I am getting a different error for a different symbol not found. 

This one is 
dyld: Symbol not found: __ZTTNSt7__cxx1118basic_stringstreamIcSt11char_traitsIcESaIcEEE
