[ncl-install] Install failed - library not loaded

Hi,

I have tried to install ncl via conda (miniconda distribution) and I receive the following error after trying to print the ncl version number (as well as the example on https://www.ncl.ucar.edu/Download/conda.shtml <https://www.ncl.ucar.edu/Download/conda.shtml>).

dyld: Library not loaded: @rpath/libgsl.19.dylib
  Referenced from: /Users/Schnell/miniconda2/envs/ncl_stable/bin/ncl
  Reason: Incompatible library version: ncl requires version 22.0.0 or later, but libgsl.19.dylib provides version 20.0.0
Trace/BPT trap: 5

Any help is appreciated.  Thanks.
