[ncl-install] Erratic behavior on Macbook Pro with Ubuntu

Hi Sebastian,

I do know what the problem is.  I built an 'OPeNDAP' enabled version of
NCL, which has some system library requirements that apparently your system
doesn't have.

I'll build a non-OPeNDAP version of NCL and get back to you when it's
ready.  All you'll need to do is download a single file (a new "ncl"
executable) and put it in $NCARG_ROOT/bin.
