[ncl-install] Support with NCL installation

Hello,

To install NCL, I did all the commands in the following page:
http://www.ncl.ucar.edu/Download/conda.shtml

All commands worked correctly except the last one:


ng4ex xy05n -clean -W png

It didn't produce the image.



How can I fix this problem?
