[ncl-install] ncl- command not found

Andy,
You must set the NCARG_ROOT and PATH environment variables in one of your
.xxxx files (.profile, .bash_profile, .bashrc) as documented here:
http://www.ncl.ucar.edu/Download/install.shtml#SetNCARG_ROOT
You may already have one of these files in your home directory with a
setting for PATH. To check for this, type:
grep PATH ~/.*
If you see any files that reference PATH and "export" in the same line,
then this is likely the file that you want to add the NCARG_ROOT setting,
and the new PATH command to.
