[ncl-install] ncl- command not found

*Thanks for the mail. Yes, I have *installed the 32-bit version of Cygwin
and could use vi editor and others successfully. So, there no problem with
cygwin but it seems something went wrong with ncl installation. Setup of PATH
and NCARG_ROOT environment variables has not done in a right way!. Anyway,
I have typed the commands suggested by you and sending the same to you for
your kind reference.
