[ncl-install] ncl- command not found

Sir,

I am using CYGWIN and installed all necessary files in order to install NCL
by following instructions from www.*ncl*.ucar.edu/Download/*cygwin*.shtml
<https://www.google.co.in/#>

   1.
   <http://webcache.googleusercontent.com/search?q=cache:Cu7udkefDuQJ:www.ncl.ucar.edu/Download/cygwin.shtml+&cd=1&hl=en&ct=clnk&gl=in>


But, when I was trying to type 'ncl -V', it had shown command not found.

Can u help to sort out this problem?
