[ncl-install] error in NCL installation

It looks like you might be missing the X11 run-time libraries.

Please make sure that you've downloaded all the "x11" packages required,
which means you may need to run the Cygwin setup.exe command again.

 See:

http://www.ncl.ucar.edu/Download/cygwin.shtml

and search for "X11" to see a full list of packages.  You may be running a
newer version of Cygwin than what these instructions were written for, so
you might need to click on more X11 packages than what the instructions
state.  It shouldn't hurt to install more packages than what you need, so
if you have the disk space, I suggest you do so.
